From WESTBAHNHOF

Take Metro U3 (orange line) towards 'Simmering' direction exit on 2nd stop called 'Neubaugasse'. When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. Go straight in the metro hallway to the furthest exit on the left side. Take again the escalator up. Once upstairs go towards "Ströck bakery" (don't go towards the shopping street) Take the glass door next to "Ströck" to exit and go straight to the yellow house in the back, our reception is next to the yellow house on the right, you will see our sign.

From MEIDLING

Take Metro U6 (brown line) towards Floridsdorf direction Exit on the stop called "Westbahnhof" Change to Metro U3 (orange line) towards Simmering direction exit on 2nd stop called "Neubaugasse". When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. Go straight in the metro hallway to the furthest exit on the left side. Take again the escalator up. From HBF / HAUPTBAHNHOF / CENTRAL STATION / SUDTIROLERPLATZ

Due to major changes in public transport, the following information is valid until September 2020, if you arrive after please check back later.

Take the U1 (red line) Metro towards Leopoldau direction and exit on stop called "Stephansplatz", change there to Metro U3 (orange line) towards "Ottakring" direction and exit on stop called "Neubaugasse". When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. Go straight in the metro hallway to the furthest exit on the left side. Take again the escalator up. Once upstairs go towards "Ströck bakery" (don't go towards the shopping street) Take the glass door next to "Ströck" to exit and go straight to the yellow house in the back, our reception is next to the yellow house on the right, you will see our sign.

Take the Metro U3 (orange line) towards Ottakring direction Exit on the stop called: "Neubaugasse" When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. From PRATERSTERN

Take the Metro U1 (red line) towards Reumanplatz. Exit on 'Stephansplatz' change to Metro U3 (orange line) towards Ottakring direction Exit on stop: "Neubaugasse" When exiting the Wagon go right. From STADION / OLYMPIAPLATZ

Take the Metro U2 (purple line) towards Karlsplatz. Exit on 'Stephansplatz' change to Metro U3 (orange line) towards Ottakring direction. Exit on stop: "Neubaugasse" When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. Go straight in the metro hallway to the furthest exit on the left side. Take again the escalator up. From AIRPORT

CHEAPEST WAY: Train S7 take the S7 Train towards the City center-exit at "Wien Mitte - Landstrasse" switch to Metro U3 (orange line) towards Ottakring direction Exit on stop called: "Neubaugasse" When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up. Go straight in the metro hallway to the furthest exit on the left side. Take again the escalator up. Once upstairs go towards "Ströck bakery" (don't go towards the shopping street) Take the glass door next to "Ströck" to exit and go straight to the yellow house in the back, our reception is next to the yellow house on the right, you will see our sign.

FASTEST WAY: Take the C.A.T. Train instead of the S7. (it makes no stops and is much nicer but goes to the same destination: Landstrasse/ Wien Mitte.) Take the Metro U3 (orange line) towards Ottakring direction Exit on the stop called: "Neubaugasse" When exiting the Wagon go left. Take the escalator up and walk straight to the furthest exit in the metro hallway. Take again the escalator at the end. Once upstairs go towards "Ströck bakery" (don't go towards the shopping street) Take the glass door exit next to "Ströck" and go outside, walk straight to the yellow house in the back, our reception is next to the yellow house on the right, you will see our sign.

 

ALTERNATIVE WAY: Take the Shuttle Bus from Arrival Terminal directly to Westbahnhof. Inside the Westbahnhof go down to the Metro. Take Metro U3 (orange line) towards 'Simmering' direction exit on 2nd stop called 'Neubaugasse'. When exiting the Wagon go right. Take the escalator up and walk straight to the furthest exit in the metro hallway. Take again the escalator at the end. Once upstairs go towards "Ströck bakery" (don't go towards the shopping street) Take the glass door exit next to "Ströck" and go outside, walk straight to the yellow house in the back, our reception is next to the yellow house on the right, you will see our sign.

 

UBER WAY: at least for groups it makes sense to take a Taxi (if you are three or four people public transport can cost the same when adding all tickets together). If you choose to take a taxi, DO NOT use a regular taxi stand on the street. Go to a Taxibooth (such as C&K or other Taxi shuttle companies) inside the terminal and arrange a prefixed deal. It should be around 35EUR max. UBER can be even cheaper at around 30 EUR. If you take a Taxi on the street without pre-arrangement it may cost you 50-60EUR. So be careful to follow our suggestions.

 

Also note that if you order an UBER you must take the elevator to go one level up, from the arrival terminal to the above departure Terminal as uber is not allowed to enter inside the arrival terminal lot (some stupid regulations) so just go one level up and meat the driver upstairs.
