COVID-19 REGULATIONS (when applicable):
When applicable - guests must show a negative Covid Test or EU-Green Pass prior to check-in. This is government regulation and in total responsibility of the guest, there are no refunds if compliance can not be met. 
Booking shared mixed dorm rooms lies in full responsibility of every individual guest, the room shall not be expected to have less occupancy than exactly the dorm size & category booked. While we do advise considering private room options, the nature of a hostel is still a social endeavor and comes with shared facilities. 

You must have sufficient funds on your credit card to cover the remaining balance (not just the deposit) of your booking as we reserve the right to charge the full balance prior to your arrival. No payment, no reservation, no exception. It is your obligation to guarantee a payment, only then it is our obligation to guarantee your booking.

Reservations with invalid declined or expired credit cards will be canceled, especially virtual third party credit cards by MB-way or similar, if payment is declined the booking will be canceled without further notice - you will see the changed booking status when you login into your Hostelworld account! Hostelworld is not obligated to refund the down payment in that case. If the beds that you blocked can not be resold and are not occupied by you on the arrival date, the remaining charges for no-show will be collected at a later date.


If you book only 1 night, a surcharge of 1.90 EUR per person will be added on arrival on top of the final bill. City Tax of 3.2% may be not included in your statement.

LATE CHECK-IN ARRIVALS (online check-in) can be arranged by getting in touch with reception, guests must book at least 1 day in advance and send a PASSPORT copy by email (just take a photo with your phone and send it to ) on the day of arrival, in order to obtain late check-in access code by email. The credit card on file will be charged for the full amount, if charges are declined the booking will be invalid. You will receive an email before the reception closes on the day of your arrival, with instructions on how to enter. You must be able to receive emails, have power on your cellphone to retrieve the email (Wifi in front of reception available), and understand some basic English in order to follow the email instructions on how to self-check-in.

Cancellations are accepted 72 hours prior to arrival date in written form only (email)

Check out before 10:00 am. (keys can be dropped in a box 24h for check out)

Late check out is billed with 10 EUR per person if you check out past 11:00am.

Please state your arrival time and notify us if you run late.
The earliest you can arrive is 9 am, however, check-in usually starts at 2 pm. Luggage storage is available free of charge, early check-in may be offered upon availability. Payment is by card only. This property might pre-authorize your credit card or fully charge a payment for non-refundable bookings.



All Entrances are Video Monitored and recorded, every guest accepts this Security measure and understands that the footage will automatically delete after 14 days, there are no exceptions and no further permissions to be signed.

Drunk and/or drugged guests will be declined check-in while still liable for reservation charges. The Customer shall be liable for damage culpably caused by him, including to the fixtures, or severe soiling. The Hostel reserves the right to demand a deposit upon arrival or during the stay. Damages or costs for the removal of severe soiling which exceed the amount of the deposit may be charged afterward. They can also be invoiced subsequently by the Hostel, especially if the Hostel is invoiced by third parties for external costs for e.g. fire brigade or for repair costs. This shall also apply to damages and severe soiling which are only identified after the departure.


Windows must be closed after 6 pm and the noise level kept down in the interest of all neighbors that reside in the building. Laundry is not offered by the hostel and is prohibited to use the bathroom facilities to hand wash your laundry.Fees will apply accordingly if misbehaviour occurs. All guests are liable for any fines enforced by police for disturbances of any kind. Playing instruments, music, yelling, singing inside the property is prohibited. This also and especially applies to the hallways/staircase of the building outside the Hostel property. Any unregistered guests or guests that have overstayed their booking without extending their stay before scheduled check out, are trespassing private property. Late check-out fees will apply of 10 EUR per person in addition to the regular price per person per night. Boom line, keep in mind that we are of the cheapest options for your stay in Vienna but we do not include any services or extra needs outside of our basic calculations. Late check-outs, loss of keys, overstaying, damages of any sorts, etc will all be billed at our discretion as these things are certainly not included in our service.


We do not accept guests younger than 18 years unless traveling with an adult, in which case 14 years minimum are permitted. Bookings that do not meet our regulations in any way are non-refundable and still charged as due for manipulating the allocation.



Visa applicants must pay full balance upfront. If you need a signed and stamped bill, you can inquire this by email. Once you apply for Visa claiming that you stay at our property, there will be no refunds, even if you dont arrive to check in, the full balance of your reservation will be due. Applying for Visa without complete payment is not legal and the balance of the booking is fully due without refund.

Prepaid Credit cards and debit cards are not valid for key deposits and may require an additional deposit of 25-50 EUR. Further charges may apply if you damage property, check out late, or cause a financial loss to a third party. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time if the behavior of any sort is unacceptable, there are no refunds in such cases. The Hostel property is to be kept smoke-free at all times. The Hostel is limited in liability only to the maximum value of the booking. Refunds if applicable, are due to be sorted by management and must be transferred via BANK.
